As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to take another opportunity to connect with you to let you know how Rochdale Paragon and apogee iQ are navigating this developing pandemic and to assure you that we remain at the ready to support your needs during this time of uncertainty. As always, our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our staff while maintaining business continuity such that we can meet your needs. We understand that your employees, members and communities depend on your services during this time and we want to ensure we stay prepared to support you.
Current steps being taken:
- Implemented a work from home policy requiring all employees to work remotely starting March 14, 2020 through at least April 1, 2020 (we will continue to monitor the situation and extend these dates as necessary)
- Instituted both international and domestic travel restrictions for our staff to include a mandatory two-week sequestering for any employee who has traveled through an airport or attended a gathering of 1,000 people or more
- Established restrictions on in-person client meetings
- Introduced social distancing and general limiting of in-person team gatherings
- Increased capabilities to provide remote services to clients
- Working with our clients on revised product offerings based on specific, real-time needs
Supporting our clients:
- Rochdale Paragon and apogee iQ continue to operate at full capacity and will provide our full suite of services and support to current and future clients
- Although we continue to support standing engagements, we are working with all clients to determine the most appropriate engagement methods including the use of webinars, remote conferencing, etc. to ensure we play our role in limiting the potential spread of this virus while continuing to drive value and support to the industry
- As risk experts in the Credit Union industry, we have been relied upon heavily to assist in reviewing and assessing Credit Union continuity plans. We will continue to leverage our industry expertise and provide continuous updates and ideas on best practices as we navigate this situation.
